I keep dreaming about the water. Rivers, oceans, lakes. Obviously my head is an aquarium too. Instead of the piranha, though, I think I have baby nurse sharks attached to my ears in plastic bags. They are desperate to get out and find something to nurse.
It's okay if you never learn to surf. Embroidery is good too.
I wish I could do so many things, like get up on a horse without panicking, but those years are passed filled with other things that I have to remind myself (or persuade myself) are just as good.
my big aspirational thing is to ride horses again. Will I do it? Don't know. Your beach photos are brilliant and beautiful, especially that selfie. Your face is serene. You are in your happy place. I love it!
Knitting and embroidery, while not as exciting as surfing, are much less likely to harm you. But how nice to have a Surfer Girl persona. Are you talking embroidery with a hoop and thread in cloth? Or embroidery like needlepoint? I really do want to know.

I'm having a hard time focusing right now but I do have an afghan on the go with more colors than Joseph's coat of many colors.
