I cannot for the life of me understand why we so eagerly accept a sytem of medicine that normalises this.
I was in a pharmacy once, and an old man came in with the insert for the new medication his wife was on - she was worried about the list of side effects. The pharmacist waved him off across the shop, saying merrily, 'Sure if you read the side effects of ANY medication, you'd never take any of them!'
My blood pressure is slowly rising, as did my mother's, and I will end up having to go on blood pressure meds at some point. I started researching the side effects of the medications and thought WTF! This is the best the have to offer?
The poems are well done. I never would have thought of that.

... yes? How is this a good thing?

So sorry. So impressed with your endurance. So sorry it's necessary.
Sending hugs to you and Sophie.
Brilliant! My heart is with LA and especially you and Sophie.
