I'm so sorry that Sophie has covid. I guess (sigh...) it is inevitable that we will all get it. I have no idea why I haven't. I hope that her bout with it is short and relatively easy, yours too if you get it.
Why HASN'T any doctor been curious about the Sophie's decrease in seizures when she's sick or after vaccinations? I can't imagine not being interested in finding out the roots of that. Have you done any research on your own, like just on the internet to see if others report the same?

I'll never understand why the medical "professionals" ignore your DECADES of experience. The knowledge and expertise you have could provide them with so much valuable information which could benefit others.... idiots

That sucks that Sophie has covid. I hope her illness is short and mild. Katie had it just before last Christmas and recovered well but of course I imagined her on a ventilator but of my mother mind/worst cast scenario mind:)
I'm happy that you have a combo of weed oil that is working for her. I don't know if you know or not but Katie is on valproic acid now as a mood stabilizer. I'm so thankful because I have my girl back. I imagine you feel the same way. We wait, always.
I feel a surge of anger when you talk about the doctors ignoring your hard won information about seizure subsidence when Sophie has a fever and especially after the vaccinations. I can't even imagine how much your blood boils! But such good news about the new CBDV treatment. Sending you both love and healing. Honestly, it must be lovely to be snug in your home cocoon especially as neither of you are feeling very bad.
I am so sorry that Sophie has COVID - happy you have a safe, snug place to be - and that the CBDV is having such a positive effect! I am horrified that there is an attitude afoot in the kingdom that "well, why worry, eventually we will all get it," and that, as you said, "the world goes blithely by." Essentially ignoring the million who have died, and the ones that continue to die. I am vaxxed and boosted, but have enough "underlying conditions" that if I get sick, it will "not be just like a cold." Thus my self-protection. It is living in an alternative reality for much of the time, particularly from a social perspective. Be well. (By the way, "Figi" refers to?)
